Central Simi Valley

This home is back on the market, and honestly I'm not sure why! Located in The Groves tract on a cul-de-sac, great pebble-tec pool located on the side of the home, gazebo, huge backyard patio entertaining space. As you enter the home, you're greeted by high vaulted ceilings. There are designated spaces: formal living, dining, kitchen and family rooms. All bedrooms are located upstairs. Some upgrades have been done in the home, it's very clean, and shows well and you may want to budget for cosmetic fixes however they would be only cosmetic! The home is completely livable and offers great living spaces. If you're looking for RV space or large grassy yard, this home unfortunately does not offer this. This home would be great for families who have older children where grassy areas are not truly essential-you'd just have to be on hand for the incredible pool parties that you would hold here!

Located on the corner of Township and Honey-don't let the location scare you on this one. The views from front of the home and back offer relaxing peek-a-boo mountain views. The floorplan of this single story is very angled. There's not a lot of wall space in the rooms, the master is V shape and the bedrooms are L shaped. When you enter the home it offers a light and bright step down living room and a step up atrium area. The kitchen, dining and family rooms may not be perfect for large family gatherings, however the backyard makes up for the entertaining area. Large patio, pool and very long RV access on side of home, parking the RV is another matter I will leave it you professionals who own one! There are some upgrades such as granite, travertine flooring within the home however you may want to budget for cosmetic fixes depending on your taste.
This home is located in a known incorporated area of Simi Valley off of Walnut Street. If you're looking for a rural feel but still want to be very close to city amenities, this home may be for you. The home is completely remodeled and the backyard is a large empty canvas. It's currently staged and when you enter you really are overwhelmed by designer touches. The living spaces such as family room, dining, kitchen are all open to one another and shows really well. The bedrooms are done nicely, however may be small for those with large furniture and if you consider a room a place to only sleep in you will not mind the sizes of the rooms. The fourth bedroom is located off of the hallway, however there is a door that leads to the dining area which some may consider non-traditional. If budget allows, there is true possibility here to expand towards the front of the home as it offers a very large front yard area.
Small but mighty. This home is newly renovated, unpack and enjoy. Located on cul-de-sac, this would be a perfect starter home or simply downsizing. The third bedroom is located off the foyer which would be perfect for an office or an designated tv room, the additional two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home. Very small, low maintenance backyard, attached garage with direct access.
Lots of space and potential with this home. The front of the home faces the playing fields of Berylwood Elementary, however the sleeping areas of the home are located in the back of the home. Greeted by a gated courtyard entrance, step into a home that welcomes you with an open feel. If you're looking for lots of living space, nice sized rooms and want to put your personal stamp on a home this may be for you, possibilities are endless. If you're looking for large backyard living, the backyard is small and needs some work however the patio area is covered and offers an extended entertaining area.
This single story home has been renovated. It is located at the u-part of the street, so the home is a little angled. When you walk to the front of the home, you feel as if you're walking "down" to the front door. The front of the home the family , kitchen and dining rooms are open and large. The bedrooms are located to one side of the home and offer a fair space in each area. The backyard with the pool and huge empty lot could be the selling point of this home, however the location of this home backs a main road and you do see the traffic due to no privacy landscaping.
